"Hi Just a quick note of thanks for the way CCTV TECH SUPPORT connected one of my customers DVR’s to the net via their PC . I was having real problems with the setup for some reason and you quickly resolved them.
My customer was very impressed the way “my company” took control of the PC remotely and talked them through the setup procedure they were especially impressed with the way they had complete control over their own computer at all times and could see all the procedures being carried out and commented on the professionalism of “my engineer” at the other end of the line.
